New England falls to 1-2 on a game that will be remembered as the NFL's breaking point with the replacements refs... No the regular refs will not be back in week 4 (as a direct result of this game) because the NFL will not want to look that obvious on this one, but the NFL refs will return in week 5 or 6 now as big mark teams are losing big games with poor officiating.
Millions of fans, casual pink hats, and children got a vocabulary lesson from the Baltimore faithful as the Bull Shit chant rung loud and clear through everyone's tv speakers into their homes Sunday night. It was the perfect sound bite that everyone needed to get the point across... NFL, this is your product, it is a pile of shit, and we're going to let the whole world know it... Point proven, now will the NFL finally act, or will the live cursing continue next week?
It would've been good to get the W, but even more so, the audio that Baltimore head coach John Harbaugh would've undoubtedly released in his post-game press conference had they lost that game, would've been priceless... When Bill Belichick has to physically confront a ref just to get an explaination, or to get his point across, I'm quite positive the message is clear on what we all think of these Reebok employees are doing out there... They are ruining the intergrity of the game
I will be tuned in next week for the Pats game, but the Pats game ONLY... This fan will spend his time, money, and patience at the apple orchards, local Octoberfests, brewery tours, and tuning into the fall baseball playoffs until this problem is fixed... Goodbye RedZone, Hello New England Outdoor Fall activites, get your shit together NFL, I'm only REALLY watching you this intently because the NHL is in a lockout

Week 2 Recap
vs. Arizona 20-18 L
vs. Arizona 20-18 L
Karma? Not really, because a week 2 loss is no comparison, and we will just have to wait and see if Gotskowski will be able to kick that FG in the post-season when it counts for more than a win% stat at the end of the year (or yes maybe even playoff seeding), but either way, Billy Cundiff's infamous Wide-Left will still keep the honors as biggest missed FG in Patriots history
The offense was handed the game on a platter, and they didn't know what to do with it... Extend the drive? Try giving your kicker some better field position (40yrds+ against a good special teams team isn't exactly a chip-shot), or maybe just do what got you there in the first place in the 4th quarter, trust #12
There will come the day when we are talking to our kids about #12, the greatest Patriots ever, and will be watching our 3rd or 4th failed attempt of a franchise QB years down the road after Brady, and then we will be sitting there encouraging play calling like we saw in that final minute, just praying our kicker makes it... But that time is not now, we have the 2min (or 1min with half the field) drill QB that this team, our memories, and championship-calliber style is built on... Let your best player play, the ball should've been in #12's hands more, or at least have run a running play that wasn't so obvious for Arizona to stack 10 in the box and force the long FG
The defense is for real. The offense NEEDS Welker (especially with Hernandez lost to what seems to be a level 2-3 high ankle spain - Minimum 4 weeks out). And Josh/Bill need to go with Brady. In Bill We Trust, but In Brady We Stand By

Week 1 Recap
@Tennessee 37-13 W
@Tennessee 37-13 W
Chris Johnson sucks, Tennessee's O-line is horrible, and this game was like running practice walk-through drills, especially by the 2nd half... Tennessee will be in the bottom 5 teams this year along with Miami, KC, Clevland, and STL
As for the Pats, would've been good to see the big play down field with Lloyd hook-up... There will be a game where missing that first big play action deep ball will NEED to hit and count for 6pts... Ridley is a solid rookie with good lateral movement, and the Run Defense looked great... Not only the new Rookies out there, but Love and Wilfork look better/sharper too
I had the Pats by 17 in this game, I guess I gave the Titans too much credit... CJ2K has Bust written all over him for a 2nd straight season
Player of the game: Steven Ridley
Play of the game: Chandler Jones' defensive effort
Call of the game: Jarod Mayo's hit on Nate Washington, forced Fumble, ruling overturned, incomplete pass, Washington out for the rest of the game
